NMPM est composé de Nan & Patrick Massobrio.
Leurs créations prennent de multiples formes et s’inspirent de la Nature, de la Culture Populaire, du Fantastique et de l’univers de l’Enfance.
NMPM a développé l’art du « Caizong », apportant une évolution très personnelle à des ornements traditionnels Chinois de papier et de fils à coudre presque tombés dans l’oubli.
Cherchant à pratiquer un art respectueux de l’Environnement, le duo utilise également souvent des objets recyclés et transformés, comme la VHS, et leur donne une nouvelle vie sous forme d’œuvres contemporaines.
Toutes les créations sont conçues et fabriquées dans leur atelier à Monaco
« Nous cherchons avant tout le mélange : des techniques, des époques, des cultures, et à créer selon nos envies et sans suivre une quelconque tendance. Les gens sont libres de voir ce qu’ils veulent dans nos œuvres. Nous espérons juste surprendre ceux qui découvriront nos créations. »

NMPM is composed of Nan & Patrick Massobrio.
Their creations take many forms and draw inspiration from Nature, Pop Culture, le Fantastique and Childhood.
NMPM developed the art of « Caizong », bringing a very personal twist on a traditional Chinese ornament made of paper and sewing threads that had almost fallen into oblivion.
In the optic of practicing an art that is respectful of the Environment, the duo also frequently uses recycled and transformed objects, such as vintage VHS, and breath new life into them in the form of contemporary artworks.
All the creations are designed and handmade in their workshop in Monaco.
« We focus on mixing techniques, eras, cultures, and create according to what we like, without trying to follow any trend. People are free to find the meanings and feelings they want in our artworks. We just hope they’ll be surprised on discovering our creations. "
